I’m Bob Foster. 70 years old, not quite grown up, and still working! I teach maths and science on the web, and I still love it, so I’ll just keep going and doing a better job each year.

Born and raised in Bristol, I went to the local University and studied Microbiology. It didn’t do my job prospects much good, hence now I teach privately.

Around my teaching, I cycle, explore and take pictures. I’ve also run the local Science Cafes on the MV Balmoral (big boat by the MShed).

Favourite occupations: chating with friends at local cafe, finding amazing images down my microscope, sitting on a big rock surrounded by gannets, being on my bike - anywhere.
